I went there at 7:15 p.m. (They don 't close until 9:00 p.m. and was told We don 't have chicken. This was NOT the first time I 've gone in an hour or two BEFORE closing and they 've NOT had chicken. How can a restaurant with chicken (pollo not have chicken???? Another group of non Hispanic people were told the same thing. However they did tell my partner, who is Salvadorian, in Spanish that they had some boneless chicken he could get. Next time you want chicken, do NOT make the crazy mistake of going to El Pollo Loco.
Did not go into store. Did a pick up. The food was decent and filling. There was plenty. We were unable to eat all of it.Parking: There is a free shared with other businesses tight parking structure. It does open on 2 different sides so prepare before you leave to go out the correct exit.
Very dirty someone has to check, customer service horrible, nobody speaks English, customer service provided me with a fake code, went to order food store didn't honor the code that they provide. What a fake company.
Was pleasantly surprised with this site. The staff was hard at it and the cashier was pleasant. A bit warm inside but the food was good and it was a good experience overall.

This place is underrated. Tried a soup, quesadilla and churros. Everything was very fresh and tasty. And the customer service at this branch is just outstanding. Thank you.
I order the family fest the chicken was the best but the 2 sides I ordered was mac and cheese was nasty and the mash potato taste like instant mash potato in the bag nasty.
El Pollo Loco always delivers!I only get the pollo bowl, but paired with the red sauce or green sauce, it’s the best value you can get!
Nice clean restaurant. Employees are nice. Bathrooms are clean. No drive/thru, parking is lot parking. Definitely recommend.
