Been to this location two times and both experiences have been pretty bad. I went inside for the first visit, and the second was through the drive-thru. The employees that helped me were kinda mean. Not overtly rude, but you could tell they really did not want to be there and didn't care enough to do their jobs properly. Quality of the food is good like every other location, but you're lucky if you get everything you ordered. If you come here, ALWAYS be prepared to look through your order to make sure you received everything. A salad with no dressing or a mashed potatoes with no gravy. Gets frustrating when you have to walk inside after coming out of the drive-thru and they act like you are...

After reading some of the negative reviews, I felt it was important to share a more positive experience I had. My husband picked up our order, but when he got home, we realized that one item was missing. We decided to go back to the restaurant right away. At the drive-thru, I explained the situation and expressed that I expected the entire order to be replaced at no extra cost. To my pleasant surprise, without any hesitation, a friendly and professional young man promptly replaced our order and apologized for the mix-up. Mistakes happen, but it’s all about how you handle the situation afterward. Thank you, El Pollo team, for your great service!

Chicken was burned and dry and very greasy, I asked for 3 pages 1-beans, 2-rice, 3-Coslaw, I got my beans a Coslaw for the 3rd that I asked for rice and never got it. The bean juice spilled the bag due to the fact that it was the Coslaw with hot food so unnecessary to say it was warm and evil. They don't put cold food in a container with hot food. I ordered the 3pice meal, but with an additional page. Very disappointed about the food here. This is not the first thing we got from here and it was very badly burned. This is no longer necessary to burn with STAFF and EVERYTHING ELSE.

This wasn’t my first time eating here, but it may be my last. The quality has declined, and the food was poorly prepared. I just went through the drive up and my asthma started to act and got a dry throat out coughing, so my fiance asked for a cup of water and the dame ignored us. He asked politely again and she was angry saying that we have to order next time before the time.

I ordered online. they forgot to give me the limos. I had to reconquer them when I was home. when I opened the package with the food home, it was also incomplete, but I didn't want to go back. it was a bad experience.

Fast, convenient, clean, staff friendly, food is always good and the ambience is quiet. Parking can get full at times. But definitely stop by if you craving grill chicken won't disappoint.

I got really bad food poisoning from this location last night. I have been in the bathroom even since I ate it. I will never go to this location again.
