This situation is always busy because they have good chefs yes my friends there is a difference. In another place on top of the hill in West .yikes terrible chefs I could not believe that there had to be on the garbage it would not give to my dog or even a stray dog to eat This place where you never have a problem with quality and will always be satisfied
This special El Pollo Loco is fantastic! The chicken is incredibly delicious, and their juices taste much better than those of other places nearby. The flavor is especially remarkable with the chicken. You get a nice, carbonated tang. The customer service is always excellent, and they haven't messed up my orders. I definitely give this place 5 stars!
So... I ordered a classic tostada... I started eating the tostada and pulled this huge piece of paper OUT OF MY MOUTH! I nearly threw up! I went back and got my money back. I asked them where did that paper come from and the woman said its the paper theywrap their avocado in... Here's the kicker. my food didn't have avocado in it. ????????????
I'd rather get off to order now. When you use the drive thru they never get the orders right. Or they forget to give you the sides that you ordered. This why I should've gone inside. I ordered an extra side if rice and beans and trusted her when she said everything was in the bag. THEY WERE IN FACT MISSING. I don't live in this city just drove by to get lunch. So obviously I don't want to drive back.That's $7 down the drain. Not happy
