El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

I had some good chicken, but they stop serving customers by 2 PM. There’s no indoor dining, only drive-thru service. I found the staff to be quite rude; one employee was yelling out the door, and she really needs better training in customer service—there's no reason to shout at customers. The restaurant also needed a good cleaning; the floors were messy and there was trash that needed to be picked up. On top of that, the ice machine was out of order, and they had run out of some beverages. However, the chicken was truly delicious.

The street tacos are overpriced. Each shrimp taco only contains two shrimp, and the tacos themselves are poorly assembled, making the food look unappealing. Additionally, the customer service was lacking. The lady at the drive-thru was difficult about giving me extra salsa. I ordered a taco platter along with a chicken avocado burrito, and I was shocked to find that it only came with one small red and one small green salsa! I ended up using both on just one taco!

My recent visits have been disappointing, but today's experience was particularly frustrating. The chicken in my bowl was so overcooked that it was more of a mush than actual pieces, and it was hard, dry, and overly salty—I couldn't even taste the chicken. The lettuce in my salad was wilted and looked like it was only half a serving instead of a full portion. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money, and to top it off, the food was spilled everywhere.

The first time I bought this pollo arm and there hardly a chicken. I asked for no rice, no beans, no juice. I'm very disappointed. I used to have an operation so I can't complain. There Horchata was much too thick as the water part did not work in the machine. This is a pollo shell, my question is where the chicken is???? I wish I could add a picture. I visited the Whittier site in Washington Blvd.

Good chicken but turning customers by 2pm .no inside dining just drive thru,..people ?.They we're yelling out the door (employee) very rude she needs to be trained on customer service no need to yell back at customer. Floor and trash needed to be picked up floors needed to be sweeped quite aess inside no Ice machine also was out of beverages ...but had delicious chicken ??

They never ask if you want any condiments like onions or Zilantro when I asked about the condiments, the woman who went down in her mask and began to wipe her nose with her hand and not her hands. Of course I didn't take the contingencies and thankfully the other girl who looked clean served me my food.

We love El Polo Loco. I have moved somwhere there is none so when we come down to visit we gave to get that tostad taco salad. The celatro is so good. We went to this plave where I live called costa vida and it just wasnt the same. Anyways there is a great selection at El polo loco

My orders are consistently incorrect at this restaurant, and some of the staff can be quite rude. The food also tastes different from other Pollo Locos locations. I strongly suggest visiting a different location; it's definitely worth it.

The drive-thru experience was quick, friendly, and accurate! I ordered the chicken tostada, which was delicious! However, it doesn't come with avocado, even though the picture shows it with avocado. There was none in the tostada.

Quality quqntity has really gone down. Family meal for 4, is really for 2. And the salads need fresh lettuce. Taste bad, has that processed taste.
