El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

This place has horrible service. I was there on Dec. 18 2021 at noon. I ordered two tostada chicken salads. The avocado on the tostadas was really bad, i will attach pictures to show how disgusting the avocado on my tostadas looked, i had to remove it. Not only was the food quality bad , but also the window attendant at the pick up. I asked her for pico de gallo, cilantro and onions when paying. When she brought the food , the onions, cilantro and pico de gallo where not included. When i was about to ask her for them again, she cut me off by closing the window on my face. A star is everything you get when I order a classic pollo bowl and the person in the register tells me I can not have any extra salsas with my meal. He told me they ran out, so I went home with my food, minutes later I sent my son back to buy another bowl and asked for additional salsa and you can believe he received as many as he asked. He has 6, I don't have one. How fair was that? And why did I refuse when I asked politely? So I have no desire to do business with this location.

This is much closer to my workplace and I order a lot online. There are rewards as a $2 discount or $5 cash on account to order cheap food. Recently one of the orders was incomplete without avocado and another customer checked his bag before he took it out. But the food is delicious than other places.

I always get the chicken tostada salad. It is usually good, but the service to this industry is not so good. Sometimes very rude employees. One day they skip my order, I don't know why when I asked for my order, instead of apologising, the cash register so rude.

This place was dirty!! The service was terrible. There was nothing but boys who worked and saw as if they had no idea what was going on. You definitely need a woman to help them get it together!!!
