The meat was small and dry—definitely not fresh! Don’t be fooled by the sight of fresh chicken sizzling on the grill when you walk in; the quality on your plate won’t match. I ordered a three-piece chicken plate, specifically asking for only legs and thighs to avoid breast meat. But when my meal arrived, there was a tiny, very dry piece of breast meat along with two small, old-looking pieces of thigh and leg. I didn’t bother to request a change, assuming it would all be disappointing. I rarely eat here because of similar past experiences, and it’s shocking that nothing has improved. Next time, I’ll just go to McDonald’s next door!
I come here all the time despite many messed up orders and the stinginess with the salsa. Today I came here for a quick meal before I have to go into work only to see that the drive thru was closed. Totally fine! I parked my car to go inside only to be met with a locked door and an employee blankly staring at me. A lady standing outside told me they refused to communicate with her and shook their finger ?NO? at her when she gestured if she could come inside. Why not put up a sign outside saying you?re closed for the day?!!! Super unprofessional!
We visit this El Pollo Loco location often, but it seems like they consistently forget something with almost every other order. Sometimes it’s the tortillas, other times it’s the salad dressing. Just recently, I found a burrito was missing, though I caught it before leaving the parking lot. The food is usually good and the staff are friendly, but you have to be careful to make sure your order is correct.
The perfect spot for a birthday dinner after bowling at Bowleros! We used a family deal from the app and ordered two large family dinners, which worked out wonderfully; we ended up paying only half of what a bowling birthday package would have cost. The food was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and attentive, especially Evelyn.

Today, we saved money at El Pollo Loco by spending only $6 instead of more than $35. The app indicated that ordering by phone was necessary to get a discount, but the staff couldn’t help us figure out which items to choose. Additionally, the app’s menu didn’t include the same deals available in the store. Why is that?
The chicken pieces are large and juicy, and they have an amazing flavor. The side dishes were spot on, and the drinks were perfectly mixed! The friendly service definitely earns this place a spot in my top 10 favorite fast food restaurants!
The chicken has a unique flavor that enhances the taste of the tostada. The slices of avocado and the fresh vegetables are a great deal for the money spent. The street taco also had an enhanced flavor from the chicken?????!

Fantastic experience! The staff was prompt and attentive. I received my food quickly, and the restaurant was spotless. The chicken was delicious!
The restroom was very dirty. There was paper scattered all over the floor, and two of the soap dispensers were empty.
