El Pollo Loco - Reserva de mesa

This is one of the worst Pollo Locos I've visited. While the staff is generally friendly, they can sometimes come off as a bit rude, though it's not enough to really bother me. The main issue lies with their order accuracy. During my first visit, I received a tostada salad container that was dirty with bean juice. I let that slide because they were busy. On my second visit, I ordered a Double Chicken Avocado Salad without cheese, but it came with cheese and no avocado, despite avocado being in the name. I tried ordering the same salad yesterday, and this time it was missing both the corn and the pico de gallo. I feel like I've given them plenty of chances, and now I would only consider going...

Service is pretty bad. I had to wait 25 minutes for a three piece with leg and thighs. And I had to ask which order was mine because the person taking care of the orders put my order on the counter with several other orders and did not specify which was which. I did not get any condiments with that or my tortilla soup. And I had to ask for my receipt. I like El Pollo Loco and this particular one has always been on point. But I don't know what's been going on lately. I hope they get this fixed and get the service back up to par like it used to be.

Once I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order; I had ordered a tostada salad, but received a regular salad instead. Fortunately, the salad was actually really tasty, but I still wished I had gotten the tostada salad. Overall, the food was delicious, but I’m giving it three stars due to the long wait and the incorrect order.

I had a terrible experience with customer service. My order, which was a family deal, was not prepared correctly, and the chicken was undercooked. When I returned to address the issue, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive my order again, and throughout that time, the staff, including the manager, completely ignored me. I visited again today and had no complaints – the food is not only delicious but also reasonably priced, and the service is consistently excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant! Just be prepared to wait in line, as it's normal to have to wait for great food anywhere. It's definitely worth it!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They got my order wrong, and Claudia at the cash register was laughing instead of helping me. To make matters worse, I was overcharged, and the food I received was burned.

This happened at Lynnwood Pollo Loco I think I overpay for double chicken tostada and I asked for a vinaigrettes dressing they said they don't use that they only have cilantro supposed to be a franchise . wow
