I mean, if I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered a take out and their chicken is very dry. Service wasn't good as well. The guy at the counter wasn't very friendly. Once I got home and saw the chicken, I called and spoke to the manager and she just blamed the cook. I wasn't expecting her to give me anything free but I was expecting a reasonable excuse than that. I just couldn't stand a very dried over cooked chicken. I gave this place a chance but I will not be coming back.
I want to review this place for the price; I don't know how this place has almost five stars when the food here is over expensive, and the portions to price don't match at all. The first time I went there and the tres leches cost $4.50, for a tiny bit that could cost $2.50. For the sauce, they don't even give you enough, and I'm talking about two green sauce and one white sauce for a one-half portion of chicken, and if you need more, it cost you I believe $0.25 and I'm okay by
I went for some lunch. They are a very pricey compared to other chicken restaurants, food is ok but not worth paying so much. I really think they are expensive. Plus their customer service is really bad. When I asked them a question about the menu the lady that assisted gave me a very bad attitude with her response. They should improve the customer service. Have nicer people there.
Absolutely amazing place, I ordered the 1/4 with 2 sides, I got all bean. The chicken was outstanding and the beans were superb. The way you order your meal is speaking into a mic and is very unique I love it! If you pass by an El pollo Rico you will be satisfied ???? Reserva una mesa ahora
This restaurant is quite pricey compared to other chicken spots. I think their prices are excessive, especially charging $0.50 for a single sauce! Moreover, the chicken was either dry or undercooked. The customer service also left much to be desired.
The whole chicken with fries went from 21 dollars to 27 dollars. Not sure what the owner is thinking but selling a chicken for 27$ is a total rip off. Won’t go there anymore…. Too
