El Taco Llama - Reserva de mesa

We ordered 10 tacos and received two salsas. I'd like to start with how we are usually pleased with our order. However on this occasion I called the restaurant to ask for 6 salsas because I know how most restaurants will not provide salsa unless you explicitly ask for it or they only provide one or two. Now I may not have minded only receiving a couple of salsas but the tacos were very dry without them. The asada meat was flavorful but dry. So you see that salsa would have improved the meal significantly.

Horrible excuse of food I ordered through Uber California fries from this location and the plate wasn’t even full the fries were stale there was no guacamole there was no sour cream it looked nothing like the pic . Iv ordered from other taco llamas and this is by far the worst experience ever . The Uber pic is false advertising Uber is making it difficult to get this refunded or credited because of the store but I just want to say don’t come here ??

I ordered from this restaurant once because it is conveniently close via Uber Eats. When the food arrived, it was cold – the nacho cheese was still solid and nothing was melted. I decided to give it another try, thinking maybe the first time was a fluke. Unfortunately, the second order was also cold, with the burrito and nachos being delivered in the same unsatisfactory condition. The cheese and meat were extremely disappointing.

The food at this restaurant is mediocre. However, my biggest issue is with the cashiers - they are terrible. They intentionally keep the phone line busy so calls cannot come through, and they consistently get orders wrong. On top of that, the service is slow and disorganized, with employees frequently skipping customers in line. Overall, the lack of customer service at this establishment is unacceptable. Pretty terrible. The burrito I got was cold. The cheese inside had felt like it came straight from fridge. The tortilla wasn't even fully warmed. The person who made my burrito put 0 effort into it. If you're looking good Mexican good look elsewhere

I am amazed how a chain can have delicious food that is freshly prepared regardless of where you go. The service was great with good recommendations.
