El Torito - Reservar una mesa

The food was average. Tables were dirty and staff cleaned tables by wiping stuff off and on the floor. The room temperature uncomfortably high. We asked for two starter items to share and they came together with one spoon, no other cutlery and no knapkins. After several minutes we requested a server please bring knapkins, utensils and some pico de Gallo. We waited several minutes. When our waiter came to check on us we explained that we had asked a server for the above mentioned items. She returned several minutes later with knapkins, knives and forks. No spoons. We had to ask for chip refils. We never did get the Pico. Gave up and decided to leave without ordering anything else.We will not...

The problem is that they are now adding a 2.99% service charge to all bills across the board. Then, of course, request a tip. If you are going to add a 2.99% service charge, you should just raise your prices to add the 2.99% and truly depict the price. I understand that a service charge line item is non-taxable, but I find the small note on your menu very deceiving, and you do not explain it up front. So if I do return, it looks like whatever tip I am going to give will be reduced by 3% to offset your service charge.

The food was very greasy and tasteless. The presentation of the food are unattractive and the upkeep is rare. They have all kinds of salsa but no chips, which we were told the chips was replaced by pancakes and unfortunately you can't dip you pancakes to salsa. Because the children are unsupervised they're out of control and using fingers to pick the foods. Never again will eat at this place.

We come to El Torito At least 2 Sundays of every month. The food, atmosphere and service is always on point. Our server mayra is always so wonderful. Our family loves having family Sunday here.

Fun place with ok food. There's a lot better options around that are more authentic.
