The hotel's cleanliness was commendable, and the breakfast offerings were quite delightful. However, when compared to other Embassy Suites locations (such as the one in Arcadia), the level of service left something to be desired. It was disappointing to find that the hotel charged a $27 parking fee, and even basic amenities like water and coffee in the lobby came with an additional cost. I really wanted to like this place, but it was...meh. The front desk gentlemen who helped me at the time of my arrival was friendly and nice.The rooms are old and so outdated. I had a 2-bedroom, 2 beds suite and it was so small. The layout of the room was a bad design. It was hard for the 6 of us to maneuver around, especially when the sofa bed is out. All the towel racks were hanging on for dear life by the wall paint and was about to fall off at any moment. And the shower was terrible! They tried to repair it but was definitely unsuccessful at it. The faucet part was loose, like it was about to fall off as well and it was so difficult to pull up the pin for the shower head. The service from check in to check out was of excellent quality!We had a block of rooms reserved. Additionally, a Bridal suite was reserved. All handle by the professional staff member Nancy Caldron!Her kind, perfessional and patient demeanor goes beyond words of excellene.Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The Bottle water in the rooms offered were priced too high $5.00. We booked this hotel super last minute for the Halloween horror nights weekend and they had availability which was amazing! The lobby was absolutely beautiful. I loved the view every time we went down the elevator. The rooms aren't very open spaced but you can definitely make it work utilizing 2 beds and the couch that opens into a bed for 6 people. For 1 night it was perfect. If we stayed longer I would've reserved 2 rooms for a more spacious experience for next time. Great franchise owned by Hilton, only had a couple of flaws at this Glendale California location. Parking was a ridiculous $27, but apparently normal and acceptable to this area. They have a free cocktail hour at 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. but they did not replenish the already limited hor 'derves about an hour before it closes. Would rather forgo the happy hour and get free parking. A real plus about this location is that it 's only two miles away from the new CBS Haven Studios films The Price is Right, Let 's Make a Deal, others (as of Sept 2023)

A/C did not work. When they came in to service it the filter was also so dirty even the maintenance person was shocked. The bed had large dipping. The room showed wear. There was an area where they patched up a spot on the wall but never painted it. When I expressed how miserable the hot night was with no A/C they were nonchalant about it. Only willing to discount the $300 room by $20. Aside from the front desk, service staff was friendly.

Rooms use a very soft light that makes them look and feel more dated than they actually are, but they are in great condition, very clean, and very comfortable. I enjoy a made to order omelette each day for breakfast, and with easy highway access it's about as convenient for driving as the area gets. The lobby area is large with a good bit of seating making a great area to meet up with colleagues before heading out to work, dinner, etc.

Our family stayed for three days at the Embassy Suites in Los Angeles Gendale location. It was a miserable experience! Our room was old, smelly and outdated. The carpets were dirty and the air conditioner was noisy and kept us up all hours of the night. The bathroom sink handles kept falling off which was so annoying! The hotel was ok it needs upgrades but the location and view were very nice and I enjoyed walking the area and being close to the mall and shops down the street . Glendale is nice and a lot of Mountain View’s and it felt safe to me at night . I would recommend . The staff could of been warmer but it is what it is . I left my wedding ring set and frint desk was able to have houskeeping find it. With me emailing a shipping lable they was able to mail my wedding ring set to me. Very honest staff and great hotelRooms: Very large rooms and very clean.Food drinks: The bar tender was amazing an so where the cocktails. He had great sense of humar. Made you feel like you were at home.
