In the Cafe not restaurant) a milk shake is £4.95 for about 400 ml , it was meant to have ice cream in it but I could not taste it , a rip off . I wouldn't have queued for 20 mins had I known it was going to be left fed up but had to carry on with it as the kid was tired.

How can they charge £9.85 for this sandwich? Food used to be good but this will be my last visit.also asked the difference between chips and gourmet chips as they looked exactly the same. I was told there is no difference!!

Another lovely lunch, staff very friendly. Shop is looking lovely. Lots of Christmas items , great selection of plants, home items clothes and staff on tills lovely

Overpriced my husband had a risotto which was uneatable. Fish and chips should have said batter and chips very poor quality and not worth the money.

Appalling service, had to wait 20 minutes to order and a further 35 minutes for panini. Substandard food.
