I had previously recently eaten at Era Wine Bar and had a wonderful meal and experience. The Spanish chickpea dish was delicious. I was disappointed, however with my most recent dining experience on this past Friday, 9/15 during which I had the Salata Aribya. There was very little chicken in the salad. Fortunately, on both occasions, I had excellent service by the same young man. Despite the disappointing food, I would return and try a couple of the other menu items.
I like going on Wednesday there's usually a couple of chairs open. The food is complimentary to the fabulous assortment of wines. The location is perfect to avoid traffic going home. It's never too loud...it's an intimate setting for a date or just to make new friends. The wines are amazing...Katy or Mel the on site wine matrons are very knowledgeable of the assortment of wines. It's definitely my favorite place to frequent in the DMV. Smitty
As usual, this restaurant provides an outstanding selection of food, wine, and cocktails. Our group of three shared 4-5 dishes, and there was more than enough for everyone! Shannon, the wine enthusiast, was incredibly attentive and offered fantastic recommendations for both the food and the wine list. She also ensured that everything arrived at our table just as we requested. It was a delightful and elegant dining experience!
They went all out for New Year's Eve and it was phenomenal! The food was fantastic and the wine pairings on point. The complimentary bubbles were icing on the cake, and we purchased an amazing bottle of Champagne to go with everything as well. Era is a must visit! Reserva una mesa ahora
The menu was a culinary masterpiece, featuring a diverse array of dishes, from delicate appetizers to mouthwatering mains. I savored each bite, as the flavors danced on my palate. The wine selection was impeccable, enhancing the entire meal.
Food was very disappointing I have never seen chick peas served in tomatoe sauce. the Lamb Sliders was not fixed correctly. We did not stay. We could not eat the food. The wine was very good though.
Excellent wine selection. Delicious food. The menu has changed since I was last there but the quality of the food is still great. I hope to come back for brunch soon.
