We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Doing some shopping at the stores down main street. Trying to support the local community. Hopped into the brewery which we have been to before. Our previous experiences were positive. This one not so much. When inquiring about some of the beers. They explained nothing in layman terms. And didn't even offer a sample. To satisfy our curiosity. And then on top of it, the Johnny Knoxville wannabe beer tender was kind of smug about the fact we were using multiple dog passes. Now as far as I know, it says nowhere in any pass that I can't use multiple. Nor does it say anywhere in the establishment that you can only use one per visit. Now given our love for beer...

A great spot for a brew. I was staying just down the road dog sitting this past week and I made here twice. They are dog friendly so I made sure to direct one of our walks out this way on a sunny Thursday spring afternoon. The place was buzzing with happy Minnesotans and friendly bartenders (brew tenders? . Service was super quick and there were tables available. There was even a Girl Scout going table to table selling cookies. Pretty good business model if you ask me. There was also a private party going on in the back. This restaurant is amazing! We were able to find street parking on a busy night when they had a live band playing. They also had two parking lots available, so there was plenty of parking even though it was crowded. The bartenders were fantastic and entertaining to watch as they expertly stacked cups while serving drinks. The band had a nice setup, but there wasn't much seating available. I think they could have made better use of space by adding more tables and chairs. I tried the Hops Wave IPA and it was delicious - not too hoppy with a great fruity flavor. I would definitely return to this restaurant, even without any entertainment.

We have visited EBC many times in the past but our 3/19/23 visit was by far the best. It was a last minute Sunday decision to attend the Lions club meat raffle and needless to say our trip was worth it! Right in the heart of Excelsior you will find this gem of a brew spot! Great space, yummy beer and awesome service. They offer live music on some nights and they also do trivia. They don't have food in house but you can order pizza or bring food in which is dope. Can't wait to go back!

Awesome brewery- fun relaxed environment. Great seating both inside and out. Good selection of beer. Lots of nights with live music and bingo. Non-alcoholic and THC drinks are available. They have a few snacks to buy and you can bring in food from local restaurants

This brewery in a charming lakeside town is fantastic. It's not stuffy, with live music and frequent events, plus a wide selection of rotating craft beers. The staff is consistently friendly, and it's a wonderful spot for both dogs and families!
