Tonight was our first time ordering from Facefood. I placed the order online and was able to collect it within just 15 minutes, which was a great start. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and welcoming, creating a positive first impression. However, once we got home to Moulton, we realized that most of our order was incorrect. After calling the restaurant, we found out that another customer's order, collected at the same time, had been mixed up with ours. The staff member on the phone was very apologetic, quickly took the correct order, and arranged for immediate delivery.
