But, past this detail, the waiting time is too long. We were completely forgotten at the service. Moreover, for my part I took the ribs (the cooking is good, nothing to say), but a small lacquer or a small sauce on it to enhance the dish would not be too much. Same, for my wife's chorizo dryers... it lacks greed (a nut, a sauce to create a binder on the dish). The chorizo lacks biting as well. We finished our dishes at 8:25. We left at 9:05. No one to get rid of our plates and take the rest of our order. Tables next to them got better...
