Pros & cons. Went here for breaky, which I feel is always an interesting way to make a judgment on a place, especially a place like this which I REALLY want to come back to for lunch &/or/+ dinner because menu looks AMAZING and we actually ended up staying so long with our breaky that the lunches started to come out. And if my eyes are not mistaken the lunches looked mighty fine.Okay so down to business:- Coffees took 40 minutes to arrive, bit of a classic error. We frequently bring visiting family and friends to eat at Faraja but I always forget to write a review. I guess our return says it all. Initially we started ordering the set menu but after a few visits, we now order off the menu. The service is always attentive and informative. I can not fault them. The food is always attractively presented, generous, flavors well balanced and well priced. I find the chef really knows how to extract the most of each flavor and balances it with the main ingredient of the course. There is no one type of cuisine but mixed so we feel like we have a lot of choice when we eat here. This would be one of my favorite places to eat and a known winner when we wan...

Stopped in for a quick bite Friday night and as food came out super quick it was a very quick dinner. The service was friendly and a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. We ordered a few shared dishes from a well thought out menu. The beef ribs were definitely the highlight and we were told its the house specialty. The pumpkin sounds great on the menu and the flavours work well but don't think it was cooked for long enough so didn't have the caramelisation the maple syrup should have brought to the dish. I went with a large group, and we had the banquet. For $40 each we shared 5 dishes. (Polenta, Chilli Squid, Chicken Salad, Goat Curry, Sticky Beef Rib)  We were not given enough food. The whole table cleared every plate,  proving the serving sizes were inadequate. If we ordered the five dishes separately it would of been cheaper. We left feeling ripped off and hungry. Another dish needs to be added or more plates per table, or possibly a dessert for the $40. I will not be back :(

I had a lovely experience recently at Faraja. Their 'world' cuisine is an extensive selection of flavour-filled food that caters for all. Our share plates were served one at a time, ensuring every dish was hot and giving us plenty of time to savour each bite. Staff were polite, cocktails superb, and the venue chic. My pick of the night would have to be the polenta.

Haven't actually been there to eat since it changed hands, but heard from a friend that they do takeaway very well. Last week got duck spring rolls, And nam jim chicken. Delicious and plenty for two when not very hungry. Recommended. Look forward to going there to sit down and eat.
