My Mother and I visited for a quick lunch We were seated quickly Server was nice, friendly and helpful However the food was terrible The ravioli was stale. Hard like cardboard, not al dente. No flavour. The sauce was bland. Mum ate a bit but decided not to eat anymore. I tried it and agreed it was awful The server generously bought Mum a cookie to eat instead, as she did not want to try anything else I had gnocchi with beef. The actual gnocchi balls were tender and nice. But the beef was dry and stringy. The tomato based sauce was bitter. The bread was dry, had obviously been cut many hours before, and were were there at 12.30 pm We left 75 of the meal on the table I have eaten at Fasta Past...
I was particularly impressed with the fantastic service we received when we had dinner at Fasta Pasta Brighton. Went there with our 3 year grandson and the friendliness of all the staff was amazing. Food was good with plenty of options to cater for dietary requirements including gluten free. Big meals both for entree and main sizes. Kids meal was also good and reasonably priced with drink, main and gelato for $10.00.
We were warmly welcomed at the restaurant after a long day, and received fast service along with delicious food. We decided to try the lunch specials and were pleasantly surprised by both the quality and quantity of the meal. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience and left very satisfied.
The restaurant has recently changed ownership and is now much better managed. Robert is our favorite waiter, but the other staff are also lovely. We typically order from the specials menu, so the prices are very reasonable. We come here once a month for a meal and a chat! Reserva una mesa ahora
