I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The Uber app showed that they opened for breakfast delivery at 9 AM, but that wasn't true. When I tried to clarify the situation with Maria, she insisted that they wouldn’t be fulfilling my order until 11 AM. However, she was present at 9 AM, and the app clearly stated that I could place my order for that time. It seems contradictory to allow orders at 9 AM if they won't be fulfilled. This is quite unprofessional. I recommend that you check both the app and your schedule, Maria.

I was initially advised to contact the ithinkfatburger email address since they stated that customer satisfaction was a priority for them. However, I've noticed that this reply has since been taken down. I've sent them two emails but haven't received any response. I'm not looking for a refund—I don't need my money back; I just wanted my concerns to be acknowledged. Due to this experience, we will not be returning to this location.

My wife and I used to frequent this restaurant for their poutine and chicken strips, but it seems they've switched to a new vegetarian gravy that was quite watery and disappointing. It was overly salty and lacked flavor. We wish we had known about this change before spending $7 on it. Thankfully, they issued us a refund. On a brighter note, the chicken strips were still excellent.

We went to try their chicken wings and ordered both boneless wings with fries and a drink, as well as bone-in wings with yam fries. The service was quick, and the food was beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the boneless wings were dry, and the bone-in wings also lacked moisture. On the bright side, the fries were fantastic. However, at $50 for our meals, it felt a bit pricey. This restaurant charges way too much for the food it serves. While I appreciate their attempt to create a nostalgic feel with their burgers, the burgers themselves were just average, and I wouldn't pay those prices again. Overall, it was a so-so experience.

We enjoyed an incredible burger! My family and I ate here before heading to a movie. The food was fresh and delectable. The staff was friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. Additionally, nearly all the tables were clean.
