The food was served in a reasonable time. However, there are two important points to consider: the family-style dining and the cost. I assumed that "family style" meant that all the entrées would be shared, as is common in many Asian restaurants. I've been here several times the quality of the food seems to be going down. I'm not sure what was up with our waiter but I think he was too busy counting his tips to wait on us that what he was doing when I had to go look for him just to get things that should have been on the table. thank God for other staff members or would have been horrible. paid 3.75 for a coke and and ice tea and he never came back for water refills let alone tea and coke. My family and I have dined at Fats several times and we always have a wonderful experience! The service is consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food is flavorful and satisfying, with a great variety to choose from. We also appreciate the cozy and welcoming atmosphere, which adds to the overall enjoyment of our meals. Fats is one of our favorite spots for a family meal, and we look forward to coming back!
The food and atmosphere are excellent—it's a perfect blend of upscale and casual. The dishes were served hot and bursting with flavor. The only downside was that our server seemed extremely busy, and it took three requests to finally get our drinks. However, given the upscale nature of the restaurant, the prices are reasonable. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Super amazing food, I have to say the service was great with all 18 of us. So that being said they did there job diligently and they paid attention to every detail of our request. Didn't skip a beat. It was alot of fun. I will definitely come back here on a date. Or just a small get together. Thanks cooks waitress service was perfect!
They have changed their recipes over the last 4 years, and unfortunately, it's not for the better. There is a lot of red onion in their fried rice now, which is off-putting. Their honey walnut prawns are phenomenal. Their menu doesn't have a lot of what it used to. The seating is also very uncomfortable.
13 of us for a birthday. Youngest attending 44, oldest 80. Had a fab waitress who accomplished us and another table of 6! I am so sorry, I don't remember her name. Sweet girl!. Food fab, also and as always......we took home enough to feed us for days. The seafood fat pot, awesome.
My Lady likes this place for Wor wonton soup. I think it's good, but overpriced. Chinese food should not be that expensive. Good atmosphere though.
