It's been a while since I last visited a Feng Cha location. I usually go to the one in Fremont, but I was in the area and decided to try out this branch for the first time! Parking is metered, so it may take some time to find a spot. I came here with my mom and we ordered the Creme Brulee Dirty Boba and Taro Milk Tea. The creme brulee had a generous amount of cream on top, and I was pleasantly surprised by its large size. I remember it being smaller at the Fremont location. I want to come back to this place for other flavors.We went here because my husband wanted a hot drink and I really love places like this! We chose a simple tea with nothing on it, which was so good! I really love Jasmine tea in its pure form, and I can tell you that theirs was just right. The room they have is clean, bright, so it's nice to set up inside. The employees were friendly. I've been to Feng Chas before and had a good experience and enjoyed drinks I got. At this one, I waited for my drink by the cashier since it was past the time it said. I saw a guy dispense water from the sink into a drink with no topping. Then they announced my drink shortly after. I got a no ice milk tea with no toppings, so I suspect they didn't make enough milk tea and thought it's nbd to add water to it. I considered confronting the guy but I don't live here so I just won't come back. I would avoid getting no ice here bc my drink does taste a bit watery. I think if a boba place wanted to charge for no ice it is better than adding water to it.
We were going there shortly before their closing time. For some reason, we were not able to place the order via Yelp for pickup. As I called into the shop, one female quickly assist me with the order. The goji ginger drink was good experience it was a hot drink for colder night. I would suggest to do 75% sweetness even though you are usually a 50% sweetness kind of person. They put quite a bit of ginger in the tea. In terms of the dessert, the cake was moist, though, not sure if the Boba was fresh. It could be because they were closing. Nothing too impressive for this quick pickup order but would definitely recommend the goji ginger drink.

I used to love this restaurant, but it has declined in quality since 2022. I used to enjoy the cream brûlée dirty boba with black tea, but it is not the same anymore. The tea flavor is weak, the cream brûlée is lacking, and there is not enough sugar to caramelize the top. Even my partner, who is not usually picky, questioned if I had ordered the cream brûlée dirty boba because he couldn't taste it at all. I have tried many of their fruity drinks in the past and they were good, but I am unsure about the quality now.
Stopped by after dinner on a Friday night. The place was pretty empty and quiet but there was a steady trickle of customers in and out. I ordered the Peach Oolong Milk Tea at 50% sweet, which I enjoyed. Had I not just had a carb-y dinner, I would have also opted for boba. Service was polite and quick, no complaints! Good option for a place to sit and chat over a milk tea in Burlingame!
Cute cafe with good boba and delicious mini milk foam cakes. We got the mango fantasy with additional boba and zero percent sugar. The boba texture is top-tier the drink tasted great! For the mini cake, we got the oreo cheese and I really liked the texture and sweetness level. Make sure you get the cake for dine-in so they plate it nicely, otherwise it's just put into a to-go box.
Order through the app it's quick and easy and you'll don't have to wait for long. Good and refreshing would def go again.
