Leaving Moosch via the waterfall we went up to the Gsang farm. Pretty terrace, with panoramic views of the Vosges and the Grand Ballon radar. As for the food, the fleischnacka was super good, you will find Hirsch on tap, the red fruit tart was good. I had a beef sausage wow but what a treat, being a big fan of sausage I buy it very regularly and this is definitely the best I have eaten. On site you can also buy several farm products. Meals under the verandas, in cool weather -5 propelled with the help of our quad, the soup as a starter was really welcome, quality meal, braised beef, plus we were asked if it was enough, dessert coffee. We came with family to eat and sleep. That was great! Welcome! Exactly what we were looking for! Very good meal, with homemade products, very rich, perfect after a hike. We were in a dorm, a mountain safe. Ideal for this type of output! We were able to buy cheese (other home products are also available). We'll be back!

We had a nice time. Choose on 2 menus, excellent vegetable soup, cooked with queen butter legs or fleischschnaka salad. Tartes, cowrin, ... . Thank you so much for accepting us with all our loulous, 5 dogs and 6 humans.
