Funky little spot in the middle of an old school resort. Their fried crawfish tails were super delicious. Ask them for a side of tartar and cocktail sauce, you won’t regret it. We were the only ones in the restaurant besides a couple patrons at the bar (we’re visiting in the off season) and the employees were super friendly and I love the hometown locals vibe. I had the shrimp po boy and it was so good! My son had the classic club which was massive and my partner had the chicken fried steak, which he called one of the best we’ve had on this cross country trip. Came to celebrate my grandmother's birthday with family. It took over an hour for us to even place our food orders and we had to ask to place it but we're told that there was a billing issue which they couldn't help us because of. They then served my grandmother last out everyone at the table. I personally ordered a burger medium and it was served well done which was disappointing but I had already waited so long it wasn't worth getting it re made. My mother's sandwich was overly greesy and she couldn't finish it. She had been here previously and said it had gone down in quality a lot.
This has always been my go-to while in the area and have never had poor service until today. Walked in and stood by the sign that stated “please wait to be seated”. We were not greeted or acknowledged this time by any waitstaff who walked by countless times and after what seemed like more than a considerable amount of time to have to wait as they were not packed with customers, we walked out. Hopefully this will be addressed for future customers.
Wife and I went Friday night. Great place good food cold beer got to watch boats come in for tournament weigh in. Was surprised with prices I expected higher on the water. We will be going back every time we go to lake now love that I can take boat to dinner.

I highly recommend this place! The new owner is working very hard at getting faster service and a better menu. I tried a few new menu items this weekend and yum ?!!! Things are a little slow as of now but I can say without a doubt that big things are coming!
Really nice views and delicious food to boot. New management is awesome and they are making some big improvements, the catfish is always good and the chicken fried steak was very good. Will always visit when in the area!
Food quality has gone downhill fast. With the rich new owner this place has, the food should be as good or better than before. Evidently he doesn’t care for repeat customers.
I had the chicken fingers with mash and fantastic broccoli &cauliflower. My friend had chick fried steak and mash. Food was amazing!!?

Great view of lake. Great staff (Megan, Betty,Stephanie,Shirley,Michelle)Food is hot,good,and plenty to choose from.Drinks OMG..yum.
Really enjoyed our lunch date! The view is great!.... great service!....Food was really fresh and great!
