Firehouse Subs - Reservar una mesa

Ordered online and paid with my credit card.When I got there to pick my order up my order wasn 't on the take out rack.I asked the man( who said he was the boss) about my order.He said it was made and put on the rack for online orders someone else must of picked it up.I asked him to remake it or refund my money.He got Belligerent with me and said he 's not remaking it or refunding my money this wasn 't His problem to leave the premises.I was able to contact my credit card company in which they were never paid,corporate office was very Dissatisfied that one of there employees would treat a customer like this and assured he would be dealt with accordingly.The man who is supposed to be the boss...

I recently tried Firehouse Subs for the first time in the U.S and it was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and the flavors were great. I would definitely eat here again. I have yet to try the Canadian locations, but I hope to experience the same quality and flavor as in the U.S. I dined in for lunch and would highly recommend trying the Grilled Chicken Breast Sub and the Steak and Cheese Sub. Service and food both get a perfect rating of 5.

Considering this is a fast food spot it did not taste like it. Subs were wonderful. Well made and perfect. Probably the best meal we had all week. Split the steak n cheese and Cajun chicken subs between us. Could not put it down! Will for sure visit again. Service: Dine in

I always use the mobile app to order and my experience is always quick and seamless. I have never had any issues with this restaurant. The food and service both receive a rating of 5, while the atmosphere is a 4 out of 5.
