First off I ?? Firehouse Subs! Which is why I gave 2 stars instead of just 1. The staff is terrible. No welcome to Firehouse when we came through the door. Its a little short dark haired girl with a noise ring who sets the tone for terrible service. Nosmiling nothing but a cold shoulder like we bothering her spending our money. No matter how good the food is. The service iswhat makes you come back!! All employees needs training in customer service or your store will continue to be as empty as it waswhen I came in!!!!
