Firehouse Subs Hackensack Commons

I travelled all the way from Long Island to this Hackensack store to do the T-Mobile deal, turns out they are no longer participating in the deal as of 2023 and it should have been notified in the fine print and website but there is lackluster information, and the Palisades location says non of the New Jersey stores are participating. (Granted I saw Airport Locations excluded anyways).I am not sure if it’s true so it’s a wasted trip and I really wish Firehouse Subs would have communicated it all better, perhaps just flat out say New Jersey locations is no longer participating in T-Mobile Tuesday promotions as of 2023. The sandwiches are fresh BUT they are always missing items whether you order for delivery or order and do pick up. So we opted to start picking up our orders and I cannot remember the last time I didn't have to remind them to put the chips in the bag or to not forget the cookies but i only notice when toppings are messed up after I open the sandwich.It really sucks cause the sandwiches do taste fresh but I shouldn't have to constantly remind them not to forget something. I put my orders in through an app, they have what's been ordered right in front of them but still ALWAYS forget.I like the place so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but damn... like how many times can you forget...

My wife and I drove 15 to use our T-Mobile Tuesday coupons today. We parked and as I approached the store I saw signs that said they don’t participate with T-Mobile Tuesday. Wasted our time and we drove home. I have used the T-Mobile coupon last time it was available at this location without any issues. Would’ve been nice if T-Mobile or firehouse subs gave us some warning that they can stop participating whenever they want. Seems like this store just doesn’t want want to deal with the influx of customers? No reason was given so it was frustrating.
