I traveled all the way from Long Island to this Hackensack location for the T-Mobile deal, only to find out that they are no longer participating as of 2023. This should have been clearly communicated in the fine print or on their website, but the information was lacking. The Palisades location informed me that none of the New Jersey stores are participating either, although I noticed that airport locations were excluded anyway. I'm not sure if this information is accurate, but it made my trip feel wasted. I really wish Firehouse Subs would have communicated this more effectively—perhaps they could have simply stated that New Jersey locations are no longer participating in T-Mobile Tuesday p...
My wife and I drove 15 to use our T-Mobile Tuesday coupons today. We parked and as I approached the store I saw signs that said they don’t participate with T-Mobile Tuesday. Wasted our time and we drove home. I have used the T-Mobile coupon last time it was available at this location without any issues. Would’ve been nice if T-Mobile or firehouse subs gave us some warning that they can stop participating whenever they want. Seems like this store just doesn’t want want to deal with the influx of customers? No reason was given so it was frustrating.
Ordered Bibimbap spicy chicken, chicken was clearly overcooked, it was so dry it was almost chalky. It also tasted off in another way, cant quite put my finger on how though. Lettuce was red, clearly not fresh. Rice was cold and dry. Mushrooms tasted off too. I threw out the dish almost immediately. I hate leaving bad reviews, but want to warn others.

I love this place...I had the chicken combo (4/2) half and half w/seasoned FF... I thought it wasnt going to be enough, so I order a side of coslawOMG...The spice is giving me so many good and pleasant emotions right now...Wow... Now, this is how you make some D@mm fried chicken..Wow... Unbelievable great...I fully recommend this place... Wow...
Chicken katsu was tasty, but small portion only 1 chicken breast, I got hungry 2 hours later, I asked them if they can put 2 chicken breast I’ll pay extra, the girls said no we don’t do that, big turn OFF, they have no business strategy, they can’t satisfy their customers.
You can never go wrong and be disappointed from the flavors of their chicken. Though the prices may be a little bit higher, the food is definitely worth the price. Amazing service, as well—Friendly, competent, and patient.
Worst bonchon location I've had. Every time I've ordered here the food always tastes off. Especially if you have shellfish allergies, stay away, everything tastes like it was cooked with shrimp.
