To make matters worse, I paid full price for the brownies; they weren't discounted or on sale. Feeling uncomfortable, I decided to ask for a refund. At the register, the young lady, Amber, kindly checked for any fresh brownies, but Samantha yelled at her, saying that there weren’t any available besides frozen ones. I was really frustrated because she was speaking loudly enough for me to hear her remarks.

We love FIREHOUSE subs on Northern. The staff is always friendly and pleasant to interact with. The owner Avril is great, she cares about the employees and customers and goes out of her way to make sure customers are happy with their meal. A huge shout out to Michael who made our sub--it was delicious and he was such a pleasant young man to talk to. I apologize for not getting the other workers names, they were all great, the ladies at the front are a hoot and keep us laughing the whole time we are there. Enjoy this clean and pleasant location.
Not disrespect but this place employees are 60+ and barely can move their hands been waiting for a pick up over 15 min while the order is ready no one even asked why I’m here. Please check your video to see if there’s any sign says delivery drivers disregard the pick up sign and approach cashiers. I was standing by your pick up spot sign I’m sure it’s on video, what if someone is unfamiliar or new to the place or can’t speak English you still wait for them to come to you or u just ask, what is customer service then ?
I ordered the hot brisket and cheddar sandwich, and it was the best sandwich I've ever had. This location has an amazing team; you can tell they put their heart into everything they do. Thank you, everyone—you’re the best!

This place is my favorite sub shop. They don't ask what else do u want on it when you clearly order the sub you want. I would give it ten or more stars if I could. They offer wheat bread and help the fire fighters too.
I want to extend my apologies to Firehouse Subs for any doubts I had about the prices. The experience was absolutely amazing!
Always the best service at this location. The food is always prepared quickly and accurately.
We come here occasionally. The subs and soup are excellent and the service is great!
