Firehouse Subs Paradise Pointe

Today I went to pick up my mobile order. As I walked up the the pickup shelf, there were two orders on the shelf, upon checking neither were my personal pick up order. After another minute or two of waiting by the pickup area, I was handed an order directly without a receipt or name and was told to have a nice day. Shortly after getting in my car, a worker by the name Dave comes outside and approaches my window. I roll down my window and instantly this man begins rudely accusing me of taking orders off the rack. Telling me I better double check before taking his orders… I happened to be handed the wrong order. I handed the order to Dave and speak about his inappropriate behavior. What a terr...

I absolutely adore Firehouse Subs, and this particular location has consistently provided me with excellent service. The staff, including the managers, are all incredibly friendly individuals. I visit this restaurant frequently for lunch as it's conveniently located near my workplace, and each time I am warmly welcomed with a "welcome to Firehouse". The food quality is always top-notch and delicious. While rare, if there are ever any issues with my order, they are promptly taken care of and the employees have always gone out of their way to make things right. The team at this location truly deserves recognition for the exceptional work they do!

The Firehouse Subs in this area has recently switched from using conveyor ovens to a water bath cooking method. However, I have noticed that every sandwich I have ordered here has had lukewarm meat, rather than being the hot temperature I am used to from Firehouse Subs in other states. While Firehouse Subs is a great franchise, it seems that some of their practices may have changed in Iowa.

Staff was overwhelmed by amount of people but made a point to engage with the few people waiting in line that they could not serve yet. Excellent and professional behavior.
