Firehouse Subs Titus Landing

Website is horrible, will not be ordering due to broken website that says no firehouse subs locations exist in the state of Florida or in my zip code. Until the website is revised you will be loosing customers I guarantee it, decent place to eat but it doesn’t matter if you can’t order in the first place 0/10 even made an account and had the same malfunction it’s pretty infuriating I’m going to eat somewhere better.

To be clear my review is not towards the food but instead to this lady and what I believe to be a young girl with a very short haircut. The customer service from the both of them was horrific. However the young girl with braces that took my order was fabulous. The other 2 shouldn’t be working here.

You're really all so kind at this point. So professional everyone smiles you and ensures that they say something even when you go. The subs are always perfect with care. It's worth the ride, but far you live. Never had a bad experience. The beaten expectations every time. Amy Marie Meister

Ordered online, didn't register. Ordered again, online at store, worked second time. Got home with order, had two sandwiches but not the chips and cookies. Called, they said come back when convenient. Returned the next day with receipt, no problem. Sandwiches were decent.

Nice place. Many seats are fantastic. People were very polite The Subs are the best ever.
