I've lived here my entire life, and I've never really felt the impact of inflation until now. They're now measuring out the fries, and cheeseburgers are $12 each! For a family of four, you can do the math—it's getting expensive, and the quality just isn’t what it used to be. I remember when they used to fill the bag with fries; that was the main reason I went there. Not anymore.
I gave this place five stars a few years ago but something has changed. The last few times. The burger has not been as flavorful. It has also gone up a few dollars the last couple years and was already expensive. I usually get a bacon cheeseburger and it's over $13 after tax. This place used to have my favorite burger and I don't even know if I will ever go here again.
Worst experience ever. You would figure that for $12 a burger they would know how to get your food right. They not only screw it up once but twice. Then when you try to tell them the person making the burgers wants to come up and argue about how you wanted your burger made when it says clearly on the recipe.
Overpriced, burgers fell apart, lousy service and fries were all burnt and chucked in the bottom of the bag. Terrible presentation and cost a fortune for what it was. Had the atmosphere of a backstreet truck stop and staff seemed ..let's say lackluster and be polite shall we. Reserva una mesa ahora
