Let me be honest, I just came here because I had a craving for some good fries. Five Guys never disappoints. I placed my pick-up order on Google, and when I arrived, my burger was ready and the employee dropped my fries in the fryer so they could me fresh and hot for me. They were PERFECTLY crispy. I love that Five Guys keeps a little potato skin on the fries. That meal hit the spot.
I ordered the little fries here and they are definitely not little! They are known for giving an extra scoop of their tasty, crispy fries in addition to the fry box size, and they did not disappoint on this trip! The little fries size is great for 1 or 2 people. Fries came out piping hot and crispy, with the potato skin still on the fries. Will definitely be back!
I’ve been going to five guys for 5+ years and today Claudia at the register was just the most delightful person. She was professional and warm at the same time, which I really needed after a stressful day. She ran that kitchen in a timely way (other places I’ve been to have been lacking at times The contact free drink station was sweet as well. Thanks Claudia!!!!
The cheeseburger arrived without any cheese, so they made another one but still couldn't melt the cheese properly. The fries were lukewarm. It took 5 minutes to receive a napkin. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we were ready to leave. Reserva una mesa ahora
The food I received was not what I had ordered, and the hot dog made my partner sick within 5 minutes of eating it. The staff was very lazy and did not treat the customers properly. This is the worst dining experience I have ever had.
The food at this restaurant is amazing and delicious. The customer service at this particular location is outstanding, making it my go-to spot. A big thank you to the team at Five Guys in Foster City!
