We recently tried Flippin Wings for the first time and will certainly not be back. I typically never leave reviews, however I feel that this is warranted. I called in an order and asked for the wings to be extra, extra, extra crispy times 4. Not only was there zero crisp, the inside of many of the wings was not cooked all the way through. They told me to pick the order up in 25 minutes. Good thing I got there within 10 assuming I would just wait. Because they were already done. Yet, still not even warm. Very disappointing. During our trip to South Carolina to visit friends, we had a layover in North Carolina and decided to stop at a wing and chicken restaurant called Flippin Wings. My wife and I were really impressed by the generous portions and the incredible flavors. I ordered the Thai chili chicken sandwich, which was slightly spicy but absolutely delicious, while my wife opted for the plain breaded chicken sandwich, which she found very tasty as well. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the overall experience; discovering this place was a delightful surprise. If we're ever passing through again, I will definitely make it a point to stop by!
I eat a lot of wings, and from 100s of places at this point in my life. These were amongst the worst I have ever had. Undercooked (soggy), disgusting sauce (like mayo thick, not buffalo/mild as requested), and random mutant wings in the bunch (the ones with random growths that are way too large). 30 wings, ate two, and tossed rest in the trash (where they belong). Do not waste your money, absolutely gross!!!! Pro tip for the cook (chef boyardee), fry them longer and poke holes in the top of the package! These were embarrassingly disgusting, be thankful I didn?t add a picture.
I ordered the Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper wings, and unfortunately, both were quite bland. The Lemon Pepper tasted mostly like burnt pepper with no hint of lemon flavor. The Garlic Parmesan was drenched in melted Parmesan cheese, and I couldn't taste any garlic at all. I also tried the ranch and bleu cheese dips, but neither was enjoyable. Given the high prices, I expected the wings to be fantastic, so I was really disappointed. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent.

We had to wait a bit because they make everything to order and hand cut the fries, but it was worth the wait. We split the chicken sandwich and the order of wings because both orders were large portions and the flavors were awesome. If you like chicken sandwiches and wings I highly recommend this place and will be stopping again!Kid-friendliness: The best

Messy but Delicious! The wings are sizable and made to order, so be prepared for a bit of a wait—but it's absolutely worth it. I ordered the kickin' garlic and barely managed to eat half before feeling full. The blue cheese is house-made and equally delicious. I highly recommend Flippin Wings! I’ll definitely be back to try a chicken sandwich next time, and you can choose your sauce flavor too!
The wings are generous in size, which is the only positive aspect of my visit. The sauce is just okay and somewhat watery. The flavors aren't impressive, either. If you only have an hour for lunch, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Although they claim to cook everything fresh, waiting 40 minutes feels excessive. Plus, they forgot my drink.

Have eaten here several times. But tonight the 4 salads I got we had to throw out bad lettuce . Also one of the orders of chicken were wrong flavor once we got home. Was very disappointed today.
Their chicken wings are flavorful and huge. We won't be going to any other wing shop ever.
