I would recommend that the management remind all staff to be mindful of their comments and how loudly they speak. The two servers who took care of us were very attentive and provided excellent service. Having worked at Fogo before, I understand that the servers share sections, so it was puzzling why the server who made the comment was annoyed when it wasn’t even her section. On a positive note, the customer service representatives were both very friendly. Overall, my friends and family are eager to return. We were also reminded to smile at our servers, as we all chose to work in this industry!
The air conditioning was on in the winter and it was cold. No change in the the temperature was made despite several requests The steak was exceptionally salty We had to ask the staff to bring out food to us steaks at least six times It was almost as though we did not exist. Clearly they are not focused on customer service. The staff of the restaurant congregated near our table and this was a place where they talked a lot among themselves. So much for some privacy. We had two of us but there was always 4 8 staff members there talking loudly We will not come back any time soon
We purchased two $100 tickets for the New Year's party. Although the party was advertised to include live music, we discovered that location did not have that upon arrival. The food, as usual, was outstanding and the staff overall courteous. At the end, it was not much of a party, more a bar sitting, tasty bites and drinks with a shiny paper hat disappointment. When we requested a second piece of cake (pretty tiny to begin with), the Manager flatly said no. Really? We went in search of a New Year party as soon as 2023 was announced. Let's ve the food, poorly planned party.
I want my purse back. that was not a cocktail party. they sat at the bar, there were no hors d'oeuvres. there were no carving stations. the personal was not happy to edit this event and screamed get out at midnight. the party ended 15 minutes early when she lighted brighter. the event was not like what was advertised and fogo de chao should be ashamed. The event was a nice idea, but for the amount I paid, we didn't get served nearly enough as far as food, and it felt like we were rushed. In the future, I would rather take that same amount of money and just have a regular service/dinner and get my money's worth. 2/5 honestly.
