Our server was incredible! He was pleasant and made sure we had time to chat and have a nice experience! Such a gentleman and super knowledgeable about the menu and cocktails. Kept us with constant refills and never a need. Plenty of parking and we felt very safe. Bar area and dining area. Very clean and nice. Restrooms were so clean and well maintained. Managers were so respectful -every time we walked somewhere they would stop and allow us to walk first. Plenty of parking and patio area available as well. Super nice experience and amazing cuisine! We ordered the feature of Filet with Mashed Yukons-amazing sauce to complement our meal!. Summer salad was so tasty and Crab Cakes as appetizer....

Last minute decision to take a ride led us to Hickory for Saturday night. We are always ready for a culinary adventure. Fourk has some great employees who care about customer experiences. We started with the Ahi Tuna Avocado appetizer, which so delicious my husband ordered another. The sun-dried tomatoes in the seafood mélange added some extra taste that reminds me of my time in Italy years ago. The manager was thrilled. She needed time to talk to me, although she was clearly busy, I noticed she walks around the restaurant and helped everyone and she seemed to be everywhere. We had a fantastic time during our latest visit to Fourk, just like we always do. Miguel was our server again, and he is truly exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and simply outstanding at his job. Our food was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, with each course arriving at just the right moment. Fourk is undoubtedly our favorite restaurant in Hickory, and we love dining there both on our own and with friends.

The food did not disappoint. My wife and I had the Italian white Fish seafood special. It came with smashed new potatoes and grilled asparagus. We shared an appetizer of Buffalo Bites they're one of our favorites! Added a nice bottle of cabernet. Party of 13, they had no problem accommodating us, getting all of our orders correct, dividing the check, all while every single thing that everyone had was stellar. And our waiter was absolutely correct... the blackberry wine cake will bring you back.

I've never eaten at Fourk, so I'm not familiar with the food, service, or atmosphere. It seems that Google assumes if you've simply driven by a restaurant, you have enough information to leave a review. Unfortunately, that's not the case here.

Had our first visit last night for a recruiting dinner for an out of town applicant. We loved it!! Food was excellent, server was great. Can't believe we've never been before. This is our new go-to place!
