Cute Italian restaurant near downtown St Charles. The outside has a large mural on the side of the building. When you step in, the inside has a large bar with cute greenery all an overhang. We started out with the bruschetta which was good, but I have had better. Then ordered bread for the table. The French bread they brought was cut into very thin pieces you could pull off and it was amazing! I had the Create De Gallo Alla Vodka pasta and it was excellent. The sauce was a creamy red sauce. I don't usually like sausage that much, but this sausage had a mild flavor to it and seemed of high quality, not super fatty or greasy. I would definitely recommend the meal. I came to Mio Modo for my birthday dinner and everything was fantastic! The service was excellent, all of the servers and employees were incredibly helpful and kind. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the vodka pasta was probably the best I've ever had- highly recommend it! The bruschetta with burrata was also amazing, though I can't remember its exact name. The atmosphere at Mio Modo was excellent as well. Overall, everything about my experience at Mio Modo was amazing and I will definitely be returning. Also, a special shoutout to the staff for keeping the birthday cake cold and supplying us with a candle and cutting it for us. Thank you Mio Modo for a wonderful night!

My husband and I had a date night at Mio Moro this weekend. We loved the decor and overall atmosphere. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We ordered the bruschetta, carbonara, and one of the specials, which was huge and left us with plenty of leftovers to take home. My husband enjoyed his glass of wine and cocktail. The only thing I wish they had were non-alcoholic drink options (mocktails) other than just soft drinks. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back.

Came for a dual birthday celebration. After a few mix-ups we enjoyed a lovely appetizer of calamari and the meatballs. Both delicious!!! But the mussels were small. The chicken my husband and got was moist. The salad we shared was gritty. Not good at all. And while we said we were celebrating two birthdays, no special dessert offered. Disappointing. The classic and once called Francesca's, is one of the finest Italian restaurants in Saint Charles, Illinois. With a recent beautiful renovation, you will be greeted by charming staff and excellent service. The atmosphere is classic and contemporary Italiano with great spirits and, ooooh, the warm Italian rolls in a basket! The food is delicious and has plenty of hearty portions. Parking is available as well. Family-friendly as well. A great drink menu as well.

I recently visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered the linguine with clams, which was absolutely delicious. My server, Michelle, provided excellent service and the atmosphere and decor were fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Nothing short of amazing! My wife and I stopped by one afternoon and It was a wise decision. Hands down some of the best Italian food in the Chicago area. Everything (food, staff and drinks), perfect! It's a must try folks, thank me later

We went here for our anniversary dinner and it did not disappoint. The food and wine were amazing! We are pescatarians and there were options for us for appetizers and dinner. We will be back!
