We have ordered from this Francesco’s for 8 years, often twice a month and have been happy with the food. But this last order I mistakenly ordered marinara instead of tomato sauce. We got it home and saw it was full of huge tomatoes, and giant pieces of garlic and it’s not something I would eat. I called to ask if I could bring this back for tomato sauce and they refused, first asking us to buy another one $28 for one plate of spaghetti? and then asked for us to pay half.Almost any restaurant with decent customer service will replace a meal if the customer doesn’t like it. An adversarial attitude equates to loss of long-time customers.
My son and his family came to visit from Georgia, and the first place I thought of for dinner was Francesco’s, because the food is always awesome! Our server, Tony, was efficient, friendly, attentive, and had a delightful sense of humor. He made spot-on wine recommendations and shared his grandmother’s secret sauce recipe with us. The portions were so generous that all four of us had to get to-go boxes. Great food, excellent value for the money, and a fun, relaxed atmosphere—rock on, Francesco’s!
I had dinner here this evening. It was GOD AWFUL. my server was fine but the manager? Owner? Dave, came over and was a complete jerk. I don't understand how someone like him runs this business. He came over and was extremely rude to me and my husband after we asked about an allergy menu. Also very loud restaurant.
We dined in. We had the buffet. Good selection, great taste, and courteous service. Nicely decorated. Good atmosphere. Will definitely return. Parking: No problem when we there Thursday for lunch.

Outstanding place to grab a quick delicious lunch. The buffet was kept stocked and very fresh. Accommodated a large group and service was excellent!
nice little italian spot, i had the shrimp fra diovolo. the tomato sauce is extraordinary and the service is amazing. super friendly and fun.
Dave made my experience unforgettable, seeing the level of disrespect toward his employees was truly remarkable. Will not be returning.
