The pizza is decent, and I have no complaints about the flavor. However, it's incredibly overpriced! I’ve been purchasing small pizzas from them for $12, but today when I ordered the same thing I always get, I was shocked to find that the pizza was half the size it used to be! They even use new, smaller boxes for the pizza, which suggests that this is the new standard size they’re offering. Yet, the price remains the same at $12! They were already charging too much before, but now it's simply unacceptable. A significant decrease in pizza size with the same high price? This was my last order from Franco's. The food at this restaurant is below the quality of many other places in the area. It's disappointing to see that Francos allows their delivery drivers to park on all corners of the intersection, blocking crosswalks and curb cuts. This is a real concern for the neighborhood, especially for local children and elderly residents, if anyone is paying attention to their safety. Regarding kid-friendliness: there were 42 pedestrian deaths in Philadelphia last year.
I had high expectations as my neighbors rave about Franco's and there's always illegal parking around the shop. It is okay...it's a solid pizza that'll take you back to a 90s birthday party at a bouncy hall event space. The cheese is thick and the crust is average. I think I like OG Pizza more. They threw in some free garlic knots, that's great service! Looks authentic inside and out!
I order delivery from this restaurant once a week, and the phone ordering process takes under two minutes. The delivery is always faster than they estimate. I haven't had a bad dish so far; my favorites are the plain pizza, cheesesteaks, and wings. The entire experience is always enjoyable. I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10!

If I could rate Franco's Pizza higher than five stars, I definitely would. Their food is outstanding, and their customer service is equally impressive. The owner, Tony, is fantastic. He is always accommodating and makes a real effort to ensure customer satisfaction. It's always a delight to visit Franco's.
Very hit or miss. Used to be the best spot in the neighborhood. Lately it's been a miss. Last pizza smelt like oven cleaner and tasted like chemicals . Hope it gets back to years past but talking to others they seem to feel the same
The pizza here is simply the best—I can't stress that enough! After living in Philadelphia for over 14 years, I can confidently say that this place really knows how to do it right.
I’m sure this place has better nights, but I was disappointed with my order. I expected more than just cheese and bread on my pizza, especially since the sauce is the highlight!

Order for the first time. Cheese steak was great but that pizza oh no. Taste burnt and they could've cut them green peppers up. Not sure if I will order again.
