Tonight me and my hubby came for a dinner date after having children, it’s been 7 years since we’ve had a date so we came back to where we came all them years ago. We was served by Lucyna, she made the night perfect, she was so friendly, polite and made the night so much more enjoyable. She couldn’t do enough to make our night special, we had a lovely chat with her about how long it had been since we got out as a couple and she definitely took it on board and made it extra special. Food was amazing, cocktails were a bit hit. We definitely had a night we will remember and was such a special evening for us. I hope management see this and give Lucyna the praise she deserves. Thank you again
Came in for a meal after a trip to trafford Centre. Really fast service, nice food, decent prices. Kids meals are a very generous size, even the smaller bites! Love that they gave kids colouring sets and also really liked that steak was on the kids menu, I’ve got a 5 year old who is a huge fan of steak but normally can’t order it as a child. Only thing I didn’t like was the strawberry and lime ice cream cake because it tasted like a frozen cheesecake but that’s down to personal preference. Really poor. Undercooked chicken gave us food poisoning but they wouldn 't accept the complaint as I didn 't have proof from a doctor . Doctors don 't diagnose food poisoning because by the time you get an appointment your symptoms have gone. Absolutely ridiculous. You can keep your scabby pink chicken, won 't be eating here ever again.
I had a wonderful dining experience with an incredible meal and exceptional service. The sirloin steak was cooked to perfection, and everything was spotless. The staff were really friendly as well. I would highly recommend this place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We were served by Ashton. We came in just before it closed but were served with amazing patience affection and warmth. There was another lady who kept coming by to check on us. Amazing food good quantity ...loved it throughly!!
I had a delightful breakfast at Frankie and Benny's. I had never tried beef brisket hash before, but it was absolutely delicious, and the beef was incredibly tender. I highly recommend giving it a try!
