Yesterday, three of us went to a restaurant for breakfast. We ordered coffee and a meal, but only the coffee arrived at first. After inquiring about the food, we found out that the order had accidentally slipped behind the fridge. The staff were incredibly apologetic and offered to scrap the meal from our bill. When the food finally arrived, it was delicious. To our surprise, when we went to pay, the staff refused to accept any payment for the coffee and food due to the inconvenience. The food at this restaurant was amazing, especially the hash browns and kaiser bacon. The staff were even better. We were impressed when they offered to donate the check from our 'Oxfam 100km training walk pit stop' to Oxfam. Megan, Zoe, and the Frankie Says team are truly exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
