Frank's Cafe - Reservar una mesa

Rating this cafe a 3.5 star. We got to this cafe at a busy time, so we were sat outside fairly quickly. The staff were friendly and took our coffee orders. There was already water on the table so we didn't need to ask. As it was a nice day, the cafe doors and windows were open so they could take orders for takeaway which was a nice touch to reduce the crowd inside. The food was quite average here to be honest, and the serving size was quite small for the price, compared to the other excellent cafes we've been to. Love coming across new cafes from friend recommendations, and this one didn’t disappoint. And I love a cafe that has a different brunch menu!! I opted for the Salmon Beetroot with Sourdough and it was delicious! The salmon was beautiful cooked and the touches of dill and fennel were really nice. Oh and the celeriac rémoulade was a tasty surprise! The location isn’t any special but if you aren’t after location and just an all round great breakfast/lunch, this is your place. The venu has heaps of space and the tables and chairs are a great size, and comfortable. Oh and most importantly lots of good parking outside! The staff were lovely, smiley and so friendly. It’s been a while since I went to a cafe. The experience was not bad. The staff was attentive when I walked in. It wasn’t busy and I ordered the Turkish eggs, and coffee was course. The dish was ok, though I feel a tad too creamy. The bread was great. One thing though, the dish was served in a flat bowl so if you try to slice the bread at the side of the flat bowl, the whole thing might flip. Coffee was great and there’s free internet. Overall I’ll give it 4 star.

Delicious, unique flavour combinations and attentive staff. Serving both still and sparkling water on arrival was a nice touch. The serving sizes were huge; we would have preferred slightly smaller servings at a reduced price. The chilly scramble actually had a kick to it, and was well balanced by the creamy cheese.

I had the take-away Granola Chia Pudding bowl and it was the most delicious brunch for the senses! I will be back for more and am looking forward to trying your Dine In menu soon! What a hidden gem in Chelt
