This is my first time at Freddy's. I was in the car with a group of people the other day and they were talking about burger places and one of them mentioned about the toasted buns at Freddy's and I thought to myself I've never been to Freddy's. so, today I drove through. I noticed on the reviews todd they talk about it being slow, but I also noticed that Freddy's always replies with a form message stating that the meals are made once they're ordered and that's why it takes so long. I didn't really think it took that long so I don't have any complaints. I ordered a bacon and cheese double steak burger with an upgrade of cheese curds, and a orange cream Frost. The food at this location has been consistently bad last couple times we've been. Some of the burgers were raw inside. Some were fine. The fries were old and hard. Couldn't tell that the malt shake had any malt. The orange and lemon creme freeze drinks were unmixed and gritty. Pretty inedible. We noticed the custard machine was just overflowing most of the time we were there which was kind of gross. Service slow and we noticed everyone had to go back up to the counter to ask for spoons or ketchup etc the whole time we were there. Staff generally talking in the back while things were overflowing and ppl waiting. If that's all the stuff you can see makes you wonder what you can't with the food...

Undercooked meat (how do you fail a steakburger...? . Trash stacked everywhere. Missed an item ordered. No ice. No offer to get ice. No ice for the next 3 customers that came in. Horrible service and understaffed. Worst Freddy's I've been to

45 minutes before close, and they shut all shake/ice cream machines down. For a place that has frozen custard in the name, I would have expected this to be an important part of their operation. Not the first time.
