I have now found a third place in Alberta with proper poutine! One in Calgary where I live, one in Canmore and now Dixie Lee in Edmonton. They have italian poutine and galvaude so they know their stuff! I've never found these two classic variations anywyere in Alberta so far. 20 years and nada. I enjoy visiting Dixie Lee, especially for some friendly banter with the owner, who has a fantastic sense of humor. He and his team go above and beyond to ensure you receive top-notch food and service, whether dining in or taking out. I really like their food, and the restaurant is always kept very clean! I highly recommend Dixie Lee on Whyte Ave to anyone who’s feeling hungry. Keep up the great work! A+!

The chicken is absolutely delicious! The seafood poutine and garlic fingers are simply heavenly—definitely the best things I've ever tasted! It's no surprise that we're there almost every week. The service is also excellent! We will definitely keep coming back!
