Gale's - Reserva de mesa

Very good for dinner with family and friends (this was in 2021) On June 11, 2024, we were back to Pasadena again for the Caltech commencement. Gale's is one of the restaurants that I want my family to enjoy. So we are here again. As usual, the food is excellent, and the service is very good as well. We enjoyed a very nice dinner and evening.

The service was great. The bread, wine, and Caesar salad were good but the Portobello ravioli were not good. It was more like a soup. I had to pour off 3/4 cup of cream, take off mounds of mushrooms add lots of salt and pepper and Parmesan to be able to eat it. My friend liked her salmon.

Went to Gale’s for lunch and was a bit disappointed with the food. Everything was off to a great start, great service, amazing apps and salads. However, the pizza and scampi linguine left much to be desired. The pizza crust tasted like lunchables and the pasta was extremely overcooked.

It was a nice family restaurant. The food was good. We had the sea bass and shrimp ravioli. 4 of 5 stars. The sea bass seemed to need more seasoning since it was not marinated. Overall, it was a very nice meal. Popular. Reserva una mesa ahora

Awesome food!!! Everything. I went with some from Sicily and he said it's the closest he's eaten to Sicilian food he's had it here. Definitely with the trip.

post graduation Saturday lunch and the food was terrific; service excellent. feels like a family run restaurant but want to go back again.

Eating at Gales is very good. I usually have a good experience but last time I had a waiter that was not very nice and arrogant.
