The atmosphere and service were quite strange. It feels like the place is family-run and they just don’t seem to care about it. I didn’t see a single smile, genuine or otherwise. No one spoke English, which led to some confusion when I asked for a moment to decide on my order. When I finally began ordering, the staff rushed me through it and didn’t give me a chance to look at the menu. She almost added tzatziki to my pita without me asking! The pita itself was good, but overall the ambiance was really off-putting. It didn’t seem clean or well-maintained.
I placed an order online through Too Good to Go to pick up an hour before closing. When I arrived just five minutes before the scheduled time, the restaurant was already closed. The lights were off, chairs were stacked, and no staff were present. There was no prior notification about the early closure. After seeing other reviews, it appears this happens frequently. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Poor business practices like this shouldn’t be accepted.
We ordered a Gyro salad and a half chicken, half Gyro salad. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was fairly clean since we visited after the lunch rush, although the bathrooms could use some refreshing. I appreciated that the meal container and plastic water cup were both compostable.
I used to enjoy this chain, but my visit today was disappointing. I ordered a plate with rice, protein, and hummus, no salad, but the employee only gave me one scoop of rice and seemed reluctant to add more. I ended up with a small portion on a large plate and don’t plan to come back to this location.

I frequently go to this location for lunch. The ladies working are always very friendly and my order is always correct and on time. It’s appreciated!!
Been going here for years, same staff and they are great. They work very hard and always serve up fresh food. Bathrooms and tables clean also.
The staff are wonderful! I will always come to this location over the one near to me. They're so kind and the food is so good! 10/10 love

Gyro meat burnt, falafels were cold, chips were stale, service was beyond terrible.
The service was quick and welcoming, and the food was delicious.
