To answer a comment made on the sandwiches (, I did not taste the ice, they are excellent crispy to wish I liked the sauce with the herbs. the eggplants the Italian ham and the super nice boss taking the time to prepare themselves... because those are made on demand. For ice cream, time wasn't ready for vacation. For me the flavors were perfect here. Nice vacation.
Antoine, the boss is a virtuoso of ice. These Italian ice creams are creamy, full of flavor and handmade. They make multiple perfumes and I would say that they are the best ice cream I ate in France even in front of ERNEST in La Rochelle. The boss is shy enough and is very friendly once we surpass his half-miles
