I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The service was friendly and felt like home. Even though I'm not Greek, the staff provided great seafood suggestions when they learned about my preference. I ended up choosing the seafood platter with garlic prawns, which was delicious and worth the money. My friends also enjoyed their meals, including dips, fish, and meat platter. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
We decided to go Greek tonight and this is where we go locally. Service is excellent, ambience fine and she who must be obeyed in her natural habitat with her love of fish. We enjoyed a platter of sardines, one of my favourites, calamari, fish, oysters, scallops, prawns and muscles. No chips, phew. Just as excellent Greek Salad. Highly Recommended for the Caulfield, Malvern, and Elsternwick area.
My wife and I were expecting a quiet late Sunday lunch, but it turned into a delightful gathering with Nikos and his lovely wife Helen. They served us deliciously cooked seafood in the Greek style, and we enjoyed lots of laughs and engaging conversation. This was our third visit to the restaurant, and we definitely plan on returning many more times. I highly recommend it.
Went there for my birthday with family. We had the meat platter and seafood platter. Good selection and quantity of both. Enjoyed the food although some of the meat was a tad salty. Try and sit near the fireplace during winter. We've been before and we'll come again. Reserva una mesa ahora
The smell of smoke from the grill greets you as you enter George's, creating a heavenly atmosphere. I love their moussaka and all of their sharing dishes are plentiful. The food is always delicious and satisfying, and the staff is attentive.
I had Christmas lunch here with colleagues and had the grilled rockling fillet which was quite nice, it's just on the pricey side. The place has a nice air about it and the service was friendly.
Excellent food and service. It has a family run feel about it, like they really care about your experience. It also has a nice cosy fireplace too. My family has been going back for years.
