I 'm a huge Giordano 's fan, but not of this location. We ordered two pizzas to-go on Friday night. One of the pizzas was a thin crust with green olives and pepperoni ON TOP OF THE CHEESE. I must have said it about 3x to the phone clerk to PLEASE put the pepperoni on top of the cheese. He said Yeah, yeah, yeah, I got it here. On top of the cheese. I just pre-ordered a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day, and I also had the appetizer platter. The pizza I can't complain about, I love Giordano's pizza, since I was a kid, but I don't know what happened with the appetizers, the cheese triangles were cold, the cheese bread was the worst and I'm still paying for it. I do not know what kind of cheese they out on the cheese bread, but I'll tell you this, it was not a five style cheese as listed, it tasted spoiled, and just rotten. I ordered a pizza for delivery through their website, but instead of receiving it, I had to go pick up a cold pizza from the restaurant after paying the delivery fee and leaving a tip. To make matters worse, I was blamed for this issue, even though their website was malfunctioning. They took my tip and never refunded it. I will not be ordering from this dishonest restaurant again. They can keep the fee and the tip.
We picked up a frozen spinach dish yesterday, and it was incredibly disappointing. What a waste of money at $28! It used to be packed with flavor and ingredients, but now it lacks both. There was nothing "deep" about this deep dish. We’re done with this restaurant; it’s such a shame because it used to be our favorite. It's no surprise the place was empty on a Saturday.

Shout out to Natalie for being a super server, and hostess the cooks for doing an excellent job ? The pizza was thick, with a healthy amount of fresh toppings and perfectly cooked for that classic cheese pull! Can't wait to come back again. Thank you!
Our server was great as was the deep dish pizza but the drink menu is very limited. Beer and wine seem to be the only options.The garlic fries were quite good, and the Caesar salad was noticeably fresh.
In my opinion they have one of the BEST stuffed pizzas in Chicagoland.
