So bad. Customer service was horrible and I had to wait 5 minutes for them to put through an order.. I ordered an iced latte and it tasted diluted, very milky and I’ve been drinking Gloria jeans coffee for almost 4 years and they are known for their strong coffee but no this time it was not strong at all and very milky. They used shots that were sitting there a while. Never going to come back ever again.. very disappointed get your games up mate
a cold version of a creamy hot kakaos ordered, the kerl at theke has it wrong and had the grace to accuse me saying that I did not mention cold to him, although I ordered the same with him a few days before. I always mention cold because I never have hot. never had this problem with other gloria jeans sockets. the female employees are nice, not their fault the kerl wrote the order wrong. it would have been good if he weren't so rude.
when I tried to claim a reduced coffee by the app, the dame tried to scan the code and could not. instead of offering help she tried to clean me, repeatedly said it was very busy when it was quite obvious that the caffe was near empty. When I tried to ask her for help again, she began to scream hostile to me and was extremely rude. In addition, she even called one of her employees who wanted to help me. will not go back there.
I'm working hard to like matcha, and I think I'm going there. gloria jeans certainly makes a good one and she along with my toastie was a good start in the day. Maybe the next time you have to try a smaller size. the prices are reasonable, especially if they go for their special offers. the personal is great. the place is wheelchair accessible and child-friendly. good parking. I ordered a Chai-Latte. the service was very friendly and the employee even made a few sweats. the drink had a sweet vanilla taste and was pretty smooth. for me personally I found the vanilla aroma rather sweet, as I usually prefer the spiced chai, but I should have called it such. the service was impressive but the products were high quality.
