I visited Green Lake for the first time yesterday, The dim sum and was very authentically Cantonese and they had a very wide and tasty selection at very affordable prices. Service was great and the carts came around very quickly, I definitely wouldrecommend it for a family gathering and sharing a great meal with them! The food was pretty great and I decided to take myfamily back for dinner. We ordered 6 items including a soup, vegetable, as well as all the dishes shown in the pictures. Greatservice, delicious food and just all around a great experience to share a deal with friends or family. If you're in the area,I'd highly recommend this place ????
This location has been changing owners quite a few times the last 10 yrs but I think Green Lake is here to stay. We've been to their sister restaurant, West Lake in Matawan, so we gave it a try and enjoyed it. We've come here a few times for dim sums as well as dinner, both delicious! Due to the proximity, we can't help to compare them with Canton Palace in Somerville. I would say Canton Palace is still my favorite dim sum place with excellent food and service while dinner here is more reasonable priced. The place is very spacious so it's great for large parties.
There was a line out the door on a lovely Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere was chaotic, but it somehow worked. Women were maneuvering their carts and men were racing by. We ordered the classics, and each dish was well-prepared—exactly what I expected. It's a great spot to satisfy your dim sum cravings. I’ll definitely return. Highly recommended!

Food here is delicious. The fried squid is really good and so is the crispy skin chicken. The Salted Fish Chicken fried rice is delicious as well. We have tried many dishes on the menu and all have come out tasting delicious. We come here often forlarge gatherings and they never disappoint.... This place is highly recommended.
Delicious Cantonese cuisine with friendly service! I tried the lunch specials and ordered dim sum for takeout. Overall, I was very satisfied and will definitely return. Parking was convenient with easy access from Route 22.
I grew up in Chinatown Manhattan and spoil with good dim sum. As a Cantonese, this restuarant has the best Dim Sum in all of NJ. To get anything better than this, you have to travel to brooklyn. Dim Sum is legit/authentic.
I was stressed out at first because the employees approached us as soon as we sat down asking if we wanted what they offered. But overall the food was pretty good. Highly recommend the pork bun and the shrimp wonton.

Went for Dim sum but was late but will try to go next week. But we order a pork fried rice and a seafood and fried noodles and it was delicious. So yes I recommend it. ????????????????
