Golden Gate Restaurant

About 2 weeks ago we ate here (Buffet Style) with 5 other couples and the food, service etc. was Excellent.We had supper here again this week and things had changed. Some of the trays of food were almost empty and not replaced for quite some time. The service though friendly was very hit and miss with most time spent setting tables rather then looking after customers. The bathroom is very dirty especially the sink taps. Really put me off. Too bad as we often ate here.

My family choose to eat at the Golden Gate Restaurant. ALL of the staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. The Chinese Food is delicious and the food has a distinct taste which makes the flavors so tasty. This all you can eat buffet is very affordable. Yes we will eat here again in this very clean Restaurant.

Always good food and good service. It is very well located on the Main Street and is well marked. Hours of operation are good making it easy to dine at any time of the day.Being open 7 days a week makes convenient for travellers and the local citizens of Brockville.

We ordered a honey garlic chicken and fried rice close to closing time. Perhaps that was our mistake but the rice was extremely dry and bland, the chicken was so hard and chewy it was inedible. Will not be returning back again.

I was having the buffet, she said I can't have a new plate until i finished what was on my first plate. I said it's all you can eat, she said yep,you have to eat it all. All you can eat!. I said good bye.

we order food from this restaurant and it was great 30 minutes for the delivery we take the diner for 2 it was very good and good size too I recommande to order it is as fast as to go and get it

This restaurant is not the prettiest but the owners are so very friendly and the service is great. The food is a buffet and if you are there around supper time it is very very good.

I have been there many times. Make sure you order Dragon Fried Rice! In expensive. Owners are very nice and friendly. So are his children who help out after school hours.

The food is always hot and tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful. Best won ton soup ever! We treat ourselves there at least once per month.

Nothing fancy abut good food for the money. buffett is $9.00 plus tax. Very simple and to the point.
